Galvanised wire production

Main features:
The production of galvanized wire is done by hot dipping it in molten zinc.
Tecnofil has two production lines equipped with automated control systems that can produce weights in line with customer requirements.
High-performance production equipment and an in-house quality control centre ensure highly reliable products with a brilliant finish, controlled weight, and a perfectly balanced zinc-iron alloy.

Main uses:
Welded mesh,chain-link fence, rockfall mesh, armoured electric cables, bent metal elements, pail handles, clothes hangers, farming applications, suction filter baskets, shelving elements, temporary metal fencing elements, metal staples, corrugated mesh, holders and hanging details for false ceilings, barbed wire.

Diameter range: 1.60 – 8.00mm.
Packaging type: F85 / F95 pattern laid coil.
Classes of coating: uni en 10244-2.
